Centering Rest In Your Business With Sarah Robertson
You do not need to push past your energetic boundaries to have a thriving business that also looks after you. In today's episode, Sarah, a Brand Designer & Creative Mentor, joins me. Sarah is sharing how much of an impact overnight chronic fatigue had on her life, so much so that it put a big pause on her daily activities.
We discuss how you don't need to leave rest until the end of the day and how you can have micro-moments throughout the day to keep connected to yourself. Sarah talks about how she focused on 'pacing' herself so that she doesn't overwork herself and how she has figured out a balance of how much work she can do to feel still good every day.
