How Are You Resting?
Do you feel like you get enough rest? You may believe rest = sleep and that even if you're getting enough sleep, you still feel exhausted. In this episode, I'm sharing why you might not feel fully rested, the importance of getting rest, and seven different types of rest beyond the well-known physical rest.
